Only with caution. Raw Eggs is not ideal for cats.
Why
Raw eggs can carry Salmonella or E. coli, and raw egg white contains avidin, which can interfere with biotin absorption.
How to serve it
Cook eggs fully (scrambled or boiled, no seasoning).
