Can cats eat yogurt?

Only with caution. Yogurt is not ideal for cats.
Why
Plain, unsweetened yogurt is lower in lactose than milk and some cats tolerate a small spoonful. Avoid flavored yogurts and any containing xylitol or chocolate.
How to serve it
Start with a teaspoon and watch for diarrhea.
